In accordance with our never-changing philosophy, transactions can only be progressed based upon both sellers and buyers’ willingness to do so.

Under the circumstances and assumptions that, in general, Japanese investors are welcomed from all the areas in the world, we self-questioned which country or area would welcome them the most.

We have concluded that Vietnam and surrounding Asian countries would be the answer in term of strategic meaning and future prospect.

Compared to Japan domestic transactions as well as to Cross-border ones in other areas, incomparable time and effort is needed for transactions between Japan and Vietnam, other Asian countries. However, with the strong belief that strategic alliances via M&A will contribute not only to Japanese companies but also to the economic growth of Vietnam and Asia where people’s mind and heart are relatively close to Japanese, we are devoting ourselves on daily basis to create as many bridges between the countries as possible.
